• Account information: your email address, account identifier, authentication records, and account timestamps.
• Learning activity: exams selected, answers, scores, saved questions, study progress, submission times, and access records.
• Payment information: purchase status, transaction identifiers, the product purchased, and the access period. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by ReadyForCert.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, network requests, security signals, and diagnostic data generated when you use the service.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide exam content, save study progress, score exams, restore previous activity, activate purchased access, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

We may also use technical and diagnostic information to investigate errors, protect the website, and improve reliability and performance.

ReadyForCert uses secure cookies to keep you signed in. These cookies are required for account authentication and are cleared when you sign out.

Question content and study data may be cached in your browser to reduce repeated downloads and improve performance. You can remove this cache through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing browser data does not delete records stored with your account.

We use service providers to operate ReadyForCert. They process information only as needed to provide their services:

• Supabase provides authentication and database services.
• Cloudflare provides website and API hosting, content delivery, and security verification.
• Stripe processes payments and provides transaction status.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security or rights of ReadyForCert and its users, or as part of a business transfer.

We retain account, purchase, and learning records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Expiry of exam access does not automatically delete the associated records.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so you should use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.

ReadyForCert and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, information is handled using safeguards recognized by applicable law.

You can review learning progress and exam history available through your account and clear locally cached data through your browser. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of the page shows when the policy was last updated.
