Refund Policy

When exam access can be refunded, and what happens to your account afterwards.
In short
You can refund an exam yourself, from that exam’s page in your dashboard, while the purchase is still essentially unused. No email and no waiting for a reply.
When a refund is available
All three of the following must be true:
- You bought the exam within the last 7 days.
- You have started at most one exam attempt. Starting an attempt counts even if you do not submit it, because the questions have already been shown to you.
- You have checked no more Study questions than a single exam paper contains for that certification.
The refund button on the exam page tells you which condition you no longer meet, so you never have to guess. Eligibility is confirmed again on our servers before any money moves.
What happens after a refund
The full amount you paid is returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears on your statement, which is commonly five to ten business days.
Study and exam access for that certification ends immediately. Reports for exams you already completed stay available in your account, so you keep your own results.
A refund applies to one exam. Access to any other exam you have bought is unaffected.
When access ends normally
When an access period reaches its end date, study and exam features for that certification stop and no refund applies. As with a refund, your completed exam reports remain available.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged incorrectly, cannot access an exam you paid for, or believe this policy has been applied unfairly, contact us at support@readyforcert.com and we will look into it. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
