By accessing or using ReadyForCert, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ReadyForCert provides practice questions, timed simulations, and study tools. It is an independent study aid, not an official certification exam or an exam-registration service.

AWS and other certification names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean those organizations sponsor or endorse this service. A practice score is not a guarantee of a result in an official exam.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should sign out when using a shared device.

Some features require an account and active access to a specific exam. You may not share, transfer, resell, or provide another person with access to your account.

The price and access period shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Stripe processes payment details, and exam access begins after payment is confirmed.

Your account shows when access expires. Features and content available during an access period may be updated as certification objectives and services change.

You may use ReadyForCert only for lawful personal study and practice. You must not access another person’s account, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, automate abusive requests, or attempt to extract protected content.

You must not copy, resell, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit the questions or other service content without permission.

Use practice questions alongside the certification provider’s current exam guide and documentation. Exam objectives and cloud services can change, and practice material may contain errors or become outdated.

ReadyForCert does not guarantee that using the service will produce a particular result in an official exam.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change the service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or free from errors.

We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates a security risk, interferes with the service, or is used unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, ReadyForCert is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on practice results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of the page shows when the terms were last updated. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to your use from that point forward.
